How about creating a large observation hive with educational displays about the importance of honeybees? Maybe work with a local bee group to later stock and manage the hive. Place the hive and displays at state park, science center, school, Extension Building, or county building. Lots of work organizing but it could be done.

How about coordinating a local swarm and bee removal list that can be shared with all the local government agencies and pest companies.
