Title: Switching hive bodies?
Post by: RangerBrad on April 28, 2010, 02:49:51 PM
I've read in bee keeping for dummies and first lessons in bee keeping that they suggest switching hive bodies ( upper in place of lower and vicea versa) in the early spring to give the bees a percieved lot of room above them. They claim this assists in swarm prevention. Do any of yal use this method and what have been your results positive or negative? Thank's, Brad
