Does anyone use or have a copy of a I am cutting your property up please dont try to make me pay for it afterward contract?

NO. If the client makes me think I might need one, I walk away. It's not worth the hassle to me.

It never, ever, ever hurts to have a clear agreement in writing. I got taken a couple times doing electrical work for people who apparently didn't intend to pay.  Even though your scenario isn't about payment specifically, if you put it in writing and make them sign that they understand it, they can't claim that you never explained it.
