And I don't use Alcoholic beverage. What can I do 4 gallon's of fermented honey? :)doak

Oh I am sure you will have friends coming out of the woods everywhere.    Was the honey from this year or last?

It was from last year but was not extracted till this spring. It was ok when I extracted it but was really thin.
It was also all capped.

I will try to get over that way some day to see you. I will let you know when. A few places in that area I want to do some fishing.

First you will need to make it into mead.   Then take the wine, expose it to air (oxygen), and add bacteria culture to make it to vinegar.
