Title: Nicot system question.
Post by: beehappy1950 on June 11, 2010, 12:02:02 PM
Ok, Im cheap. Too cheap to buy the whole thing. What I need to know is, does the little brown cell cup stick out of the grid or does it fit back in a ways. And if it fits back in behind grid, how big is the hole she has to fit her behind thru. All help needed. Thanks Harold :-D

If you want graftless without buying a Nicot (or Jenter) then do the hopkins method...

The brown cups are put in from behind and the plastic case has the actual cells.  It would be like putting the brown cups over a straw, where the straw would be the cell walls.  Basically, the brown cup only provides the cell bottom.
