Have a look at this picture; what are they doing in there? Seems a lot gather on the front porch and listen to my crickets and Coyotes all night. This shot was taken when it's about 75 degrees with a light breeze.

Looks almost identical to ours...however I'm taking the feeder out soon. (like tomorrow...right after I gear up and right before I mow)
Actally that's hanging out very little on the front porch. When they start bearding from the heat you'll see "a lot gather on the front porch"...

Is the light on all night? Maybe they think the sun came up at an odd angle. Are bees enticed out of a hive by an outside light at night?
Actually, it's an IR Camera about 12 inches away from the hive. The light is Red, and from what very little knowledge I have, I understand they can't see red lights?
Mine usually kick back and watch a little History Channel and then call it a night. The drones are known to snore, so things can get a little noisy at times.
They only *say* they're watching History. They're actually watching the Food Network.
