How is it done and where can I find good vidios and web pages to read how to?

There are several different ways to raise queens. I myself use a modification of what's described in Laidlaw's "Contemporary Queen Rearing". The best way to learn is to find a system that seems it will suit your needs and try it! If you decide that it's not for you, try another. There are lots of books on the subject and I think you tube has a couple of videos as well.

Of course, you can always get with your local bee club for some hands on grafting or join us all at Bud's next year. If Allen Buckley doesn't make it for some reason I'll be happy to give you a little demo.

That sounds great I do plan on making it to buds next year. I am still bumed I didnt make it this year!
