Title: what are these tiny little bees

there are tiny little bees flying around this year, they are maybe an 1/8th of aninch long and look like miniature bees, what are these things

Probably some kind of orchard or miner bees.

The ones that most resemble honey bees except for being gray and black, are leaf cutter bees.

I have a lot of those little bees visiting my black eyed susans. The honey bees don't bother with them.
