Title: motor driven extractors : a question about the motors
Post by: bayareaartist on May 25, 2005, 12:57:16 AM
Hi,
I was wondering,
On the motor driven extractors, what is the horsepower rating on the motors, the RPM of the motors, and  then what is the rpm of the cage when it is running full on.

What I am looking for is the ratio between the motor and the reducer or gears.

Some motors run at 1725 rpm some 3450 rpm and there are other rpms out there of motors.

and if you have a gearmotor, that is a motor with the reduction gears together I am interested in the information

thank you,
Donn
