Title: cedar for hives
Post by: pembroke on August 20, 2010, 04:29:21 PM
I said I'd get back to you about the cedar SBB I built. I've checked on that one and all bees look and act healthy. I took all apart and found plenty of bees on the inner frame work of the SBB. yes it is the kind that goes in closets and cedar chest. I guess with the screen and ventilation space around the top, enough air gets through that it keeps them happy. So there you go. Pembroke

As long as the bees as happy, that is all that matters.   (and the hive don't fall apart on you.) :-D
