Title: Multi Tool on Sale
Post by: montauk170 on August 30, 2010, 04:24:16 AM
FYI, Harbor Freight has the Multi Tool that JP uses on sale. I picked one up this weekend.
$29.99 instead of $59.99.

I went by this Friday morning and bought two more. At that price its hard to beat. Dremel's brand from H.D. and Lowes is $99.00. I saw another model that went for $199.00.

JP, you mentioned in another thread that you like the Bosch blades.
The original ones I assume will only last a one or two?
How much are you paying for the Bosch ones? I see on Lowes.com that they sell for $20!
That's almost as much as the multi tool itself.  :-D

Yep, that's true, the Bosch's are around twenty bucks. As long as you don't try and cut through a nail or staple or other hard type metal they last a long time, many jobs.

Do they make a metal cutting blade for the multi tool?

I have yet to find one for other than thin metal.
