Title: KTBH the way I will go.
Post by: Stlnifr on September 25, 2010, 06:30:20 PM
Well since I have decided to return to being a bee keeper and searching the net for info I found that I am way behind things do not seem as easy as they were before. Varo mites SHB never heard of these.

I have decided to try to catch a swarm in a trap my research has me to believing I will be more satisfied with feral bees. So I am trying to gear up for the spring of 2011 I have one hive build and two swarm traps build. Before spring I will have two hives and five swarm traps completed. I have chose five places to set traps two about twenty miles from here one a couple miles away one about eight miles from here and one in the woods behind my house, I stay on six acres.

The sad thing is I haven't notice any bees around my place I set and watch the dandelion blooms and nothing visiting them. But if I get lucky in the spring I will rectify that situation.
