Title: Bees In Space... ace... ace...
Post by: CapnChkn on November 16, 2010, 03:37:31 PM
I was reading my one of my favorite sites today, one that tells you how to do anything from rolling a "left handed" cigarette, to building a CO2 laser for cutting materials.  A beekeeper has posted an "instructable" on how to Build a scale to weigh bee hives.

At the end of his instructable, he gives information on a project by NASA collecting data about nectar flows and climate.  It involves weighing the hives daily.

No, I haven't started participation, I don't have any bees yet.
