Hello,

I'm from just outside Longview, TX. I am getting bees this year, so no hives yet. I am going no treatment starting off with 2 Lang's, and adding a couple top bar hives later (hopefully with caught swarms). I'm looking to enjoy beekeeping and get some honey.

Welcome to the forums. When I was first deciding to keep bees back in 07 I was in Longview working on a project for the power station up there on the lake. Spent many hours thumbing through magazines reading about bees
