I've got 22 hives now and know I will have more honey than I can give away... Does anyone sell theirs to packers? I was thinking of getting a 1,000L food grade IBC and filling that. What's the going rate? Who do you sell it too?

Stored properly the shelf life is ??????????????years, decades etc. Try Redpaths for some info.
