Title: Bee catalogs
Post by: tefer2 on January 25, 2011, 06:46:18 PM
Got the new 2011 Dadant catalog in the mail today. Wished I'd bought that extractor last year. Price went up $58.00!!! Even that $1.00 Chinese grafting tool went up .50c
Looks like I'll be buying a lot less of everything this season.

I got mine in the mail yesterday.   :-D  There is a lot in there I wish I had.   With the price increases, that is how much our dollar went down in value last year.

I was flippin through the pages this evening and everything in it had a price increase. Maybe they are getting ready to offer free shipping like Mann Lake. Not!

you just need to move closer to a warehouse so you dont have to worry about shipping

I'm not worried about the shipping, the $1,to $2 dollar per item increase is whats killing me. It really adds up if you need a bunch of stuff. I'm only 40 minutes drive from them.

Shop around.   It may pay for your time.
