The question seems to get asked a few times a year.  I have studied it and I think many others have as well (the same question was recently posted under "queen rearing"), but I've never seen anyone say that they follow that system exactly.  It is very interesting.

I think I need to try it , I know curiosity KOd the feline but so would a strong hive of bees

To me that was not a method. Some one has invented his own  wheel.
To rear "high quality queens" in a 4 frame nuc is not true.

The most important is from what hive you select the larvae what you rear. Have you such a colony? The bees handle the rest.

You need not trye everthing  what you meet in nternet.
