Title: Knee Deep In Bees Today!-3-25-11
Post by: JP on March 27, 2011, 12:52:56 AM
Yesterday I was in New Orleans East and Chalmette, Louisiana pretty much most of the day. The bees were going crazy swarming in these areas folks!

The two swarms I caught were in new Orleans East approximately one mile apart. It was like I was in bee Disney world. Tomorrow Schawee and I will be pulling bees out of two trailers, bees are in six locations. It should be a lot of fun!

Here's yesterday's footage, hope you enjoy!

Gives me an idea for a new bumber sticker.... "So many bees, so little time!"

Thanks for staying up late and posting. Amazing the number of bee removals you all have down there.

Have fun with schawee today.

Another good one JP!

Much appreciated on this cold 7F morning. The only thing swarming around here are me and the animals around the wood stove, trying to get warm.  :-D

In another video I noticed a crack on one of your queen catchers. I didn't notice it on the side that was showing, but was wondering if she slipped out on a cracked piece?

Hope you and Schawee had a great day.

Talk about trailer bees.    You are just covered up in bees.

Much to insane with all those bees. This was a good one JP and I shared this with Shawna and a few other beeks out this way. Just love, love, love how you continuously find the queens.

Shortage of honeybees? Not in Louisiana!
Those bees sure love the trailers!
