My orchard is starting to blossom today and I have no BEES!!
SO I'm driving two hours to pick up 3 new nucs tommorrow to rush start my bee yard!!! :)
Hope none of the girls escape while I'm driving them home in my station wagon :-D
Good luck!
Good luck-- screen'em good and offer ventilation.
When I transport bees and some inevitably get loose in the car, they always fly against the rear window and collect there until I get home. It's more difficult to open the rear hatch and avoid being stung than to drive with bees loose in the car.....
Good luck,

Got them all home and in their new hives :)
Two bees got loose as I pulled in the driveway :-D, indeed they did just as Tillie said, they buzzed around the back window.
No stings when I put them in but they were not happy, very cloudy/breezy day here a two hour+ car ride and a bouncy wheel barrel ride to the hives had them a wee bit riled up.
Now have to wait for the queens to be released and for them to get going!!
Sounds like a Happy ending and a Good Start for your Pollination needs
Hopefully you get a Bonus, of a good Honey crop too follow
Good Luck
