Title: any photos of the dowel frames?
Post by: divemaster1963 on May 30, 2011, 11:12:29 PM
Hello to all  :-D from Ga.
I have just gotten into beekeeping after 40 years ( helped my uncle with his bee yard in Va. )
I was interested in the frames that use dowels. does anyone have pics of these frames? I would be interested in seeing them. I made all my own equipment. ( suit, veil, smoker, hive tool, frame grip, and hives) I have 3 hives and am building a honey house ( out of pallets (7ft X 21ft )) to process everything. I am building my extractor this month ( 6 frame radial motorized).

if you have pictures of the frames please post them

thank you

Thanks Michael.
but the dowel frame that I was looking for was the one with the 2 3/8 ths across the top and the single 3/8 ths dowel across the bottom. I heard about it in another post thet was 120 days old. just wanted to see one and find out if anyone had any luck with them.

thanks again
