Title: Newbee foundationless question
Post by: Cadman on June 17, 2011, 10:04:15 PM
I have read in other posts that if you put foundationless frames between uncapped combs of honey, they will not draw out new comb on the foundationless frame, but draw the existing comb deeper . Is this true for empty drawn comb too?

Thanks.

This is only true in honey and only true of uncapped.   Yes you are correct.  Yes it is also true for foundation.  It is not true for drawn comb as it's already drawn.
