it has been rainy in this corner of country. Raspberry yield suffered from weather.

But now ....  80 mm rain behind and 20 - 28 C temp and canola in best bloom.

I cleaned my cottage yard and moved hives in the middle of canola fields.
60 kg honey in 5 days is not bad. But the hives stucked at once. More foundation boxes on.

7 hives on 25 hectare canola field.
Another case 2 hives on 9hectare.

That I call "a proper" hive- area ratio.  forget 4 hives per hectare.

10 kg honey per hive in a day, it is nice but rare. - good yield comes from pasture flowers. Not from bees. Bees have only capacity, "the muscles".
