Southeast Georgia, USA here. 
Very new to bees.  I have 2 nice hives going in Langs, but seriously thinking of going towards the Top Bar hives.  I love the barrel design, but wanting to try several different TBH designs too.

You can get a lot of info from here but it is always best to join a local Beekeepers club so you can get direct input from a mentor.

If you are close to the boarder, we have a really great club here in Jacksonville, FL. Our next meeting will be at one of the old timers house and he will be providing hands on instruction.
