    Just wanted to say hello to everyone out here.I've been studying bees for about two years and plan to start a couple of hives in the spring.I joined here to have a source to answer my questions as I go along and to keep on learning.I live in Northeast Texas.

Although this is a great place to ask questions and learn, I suggest you also look for a local beekeeping club as you might be able to get some hands on experience before you get your own bees.  -Mike

Glad to see another from Texas
good luck on hives in the spring
they are usually reasonable in the spring as there are many commercial bee keepers who winter their bees here
