Thanks all for the welcome,Annette yes i am in the video with Schawee ,we were in my boat that day.JP my hive is doing real well, the other hive we got that day is the one that needs the feeding ,it belongs to the other mike that was with us that day,we had two Mikes. My queen was stepped on and killed that day,so we put 5 frames of brood and all the bees we vacuumed that day from the cutout  in a deep box and waited a week ,then I looked and they were building queen cells,so I  closed it up,and looked again in about 5 weeks .Then I had a queen and she was mated, did not actually see her that day , but saw eggs, brood, capped brood, it looked good ,they also had drawn out the other 5 frames and capped a lot of honey, and they have been working their buts off bringing in loads of golden rod pollen this fall ,so I hope the hive is  off to a good start. I will look again soon and see how they look for the winter season.I have a good mentor(Schawee). This is a great forum. Thanks .Mike

Okay, so you're the one with the strong hive. Great! Yep, Schawee's a good ole boy, got a weakness for vanilla shakes. No baby shakes for him though, have to be bigggggggggggg shakes!  :-D
