it looks like brushy mnt. puts a extra staple on the underside of the top bar verse's Mann lake's one staple through the top .. i had some Mann lakes come apart already this season at that joint.. brushy claims that they have the strongest frames on the market..
whats your opinion?
I prefer Brushy Mountain. I think they have a better fit. I assemble my own, so frame failure rates are pretty low for me with either one.
I haven't used either. I get mine from Dadant and I like them. Larry

Left to Right:
Dadant- shallow; Mann Lake- 7 1/4"; Brushy- medium & deep; Kelly- medium & deep; Miller Bee Supply- deep.
I like Dadant & Miller Bee Supply! I started with Kelly's and has been a good frame. The others are good, but I dislike the groove on the end of the top bar (frames rest area).
Rail, where's your 11 ¼" Dadant Deep frame at in this picture ?

Santa Claus is bringing a new table saw! ;)
i don't buy them assembled, so it's not an issue. have you considered just putting your own together? in that case, the question would be who could ship to you the cheapest!
And you can put as many staples as you want, with how much glue you want also.
just my 2 cents i think the dadant frame looks to be the strongest especially the bottom bar Chris
i use kelly frames and never had a problem with they coming apart.i get them unassembled and put them together myself.
Definitely put together myself. Have tried assembled and assembled from other folks and I prefer to put my own together. When I used to work line in a factory I started to get the 'stare' and had to snap myself out of it. I always went back and double checked my work when this happened, fortunately when on autopilot I kept doing it right. Just didn't want to take chances.
