Title: Spacer for winter on top

Need advice,from the bottom up, I have 2 brood chambers, on top of that inner cover then the spacer for winter escape, is that the way it should go or spacer then inner cover?

I run the two deeps - 3-sided spacer - Inner cover - then empty super filled with insulation.  The 4th side of the "spacer" I use a standard entrance reducer, small hole.
