Title: Honey Trade... Raw Buckwheat for Light Clover
Post by: splitrock on December 18, 2011, 11:28:10 AM
I have a few 5 gallon buckets of some very nice Buckwheat Honey that came off of certified Organic Buckwheat. It has never been heated, and only lightly filtered.

It was a second crop, so it is nicely tempered with earlier light honey that wasn't quite ready to harvest. I am in S. Eastern South Dakota, so a trade with someone here, or in Iowa, Minn, could possibly save any shipping if we could meet up.

Please PM me if interested.

Where are you at in Southern South Dakota?  Do you still have the buckwheat honey?
