I'm Sara and I'm looking to learn all I can to add bees to our off-grid farm this year. I'm a mom of 6 and we have 40 acres, milk cows, beef, sheep, pigs, goats, turkeys, chickens, meat rabbits and more.
Hello and Welcome!
I'm sure you'll find this forum to be a great site for learning more about bees and beekeeping.
If you haven't already, check out local beekeeping clubs:
http://www.nhbeekeepers.org/LocalClubs.htm (http://www.nhbeekeepers.org/LocalClubs.htm)
Clubs are excellent places for finding mentors and getting connected to nearby beekeepers.
Welcome to the site!
Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have your hands full already, but the bees will make for relaxing work.
Welcome. As I will probably be moving to NH for work by the end of the year, I am very interested in how to bee keep there. It is a bit more brisk during the winter months than in Charlotte!
