Sorry if this has been recently asked. But I was watching the girls blast out of the hive yesterday and wondered if they've ever been clocked? They seem awfully speedy to me..
Anyone know?
Honey bees and bumbles fly about 15 mph, between 8 and 10 when they have a load.
Or up to 75 MPH in a hurricane or tornado.
yeah beewitch, especially if they are having a bad day and the guards go supersonic to get ya...
...faster than you can run!!!!!!

What if it's a cat 4 hurricane or a F5 tornado?
