Got a call about three weeks ago or so of a swarm on a rock pile. They even sent me a picture of it. The swarm left but then they called back about ten days or so later. Bees in a work trailer!

Nice cut out, pretty new comb!
WOW psychedelic man!
Great job JP, man you need to get into music videos, that was way cool. Wonder if one my workers would sell an old guy a joint for old time sake. ;)
Thought I was back in the 60s for a sec there...whoa...what a rush!

Really good video there JP. I like how you showed the eggs there for people to see. They were bringing in something to make all that comb in 10 days. Have you ever sprayed box your bee boxes on long hot days for the bees in them after they get vaced?

I have lightly sprayed them with water, even sugar water. When really hot out I sometimes drape wet rags over the boxes.

that was a nice size hive. good job buddy
I find it amazing that you almost always find the queen in all your cutouts. I see you always take your time and respect the bees too. Is that the secret to your queen finding success?

A lot of folks in my area think I take too much time on my removals but I don't know any other way. Heck yeah, I care about the bees, I friggin' love these little darlings! I believe because I take my time and am thorough eventually I usually find the queen. Besides I really love finding her after a long grueling cut out. Its the icing on the cake!
