Slacker

I can't help with the plans but am wondering what type of joint [box, dove tail, rabbit] you are looking to make?

Supers...Honey medium supers...... so I think they are called finger joints?

There are many plans on the woodworking sites for finger joint jigs.  It helps if you have a set of Dado blades.
<http://lumberjocks.com/forums/1> is a good place to start.

You may want to consider butt joints and screws, or perhaps lap joints and screws.  Much easier...much.  Almost as effective but not as pretty.  Personally, I'm a fan of the lap joints + screws.

+1 what The Bix says.

Butt joints and screws work just fine and the bees don't care what they look like.

ok couple questions on the butt joint.... they say that it is the weakest joint so will it hold up with 50 lbs of honey in them?

and are there plans that show dimensions (obviously it will change from the dimensions of the finger joint)

it does look lots easier and Do you guy use glue as well?
