Newly hived swarm making supercedure cells, OK or not good?

One of my newly hived (3-4 weeks) swarms has created a number of supercedure cells.
Should I worry or is this an OK thing? :idunno:

Swarms are often led by an old queen who is often superseded shortly after establishing a new colony...
