earlier today i noticed bees that were not mine around the hive i also saw bees fighting in the front of my hive what should i do?????
Reduce the size of the entrance to help the hive guard against the robbers

Reducers. And anything will work. I keep a lot of 3/4" scrap wood of lots of small sizes around just to close up the front of hive.

That's very clever Wally. I like your design.
I make mine 3/4 inch short on the width of the bottom board. This is a small enough opening to defend and they do use it but most colony bee's climb in and out of the top of the screen. They also provide full ventilation
