Post by: simmonds on May 07, 2012, 10:14:53 PM
Can someone point me to a link of a good video showing robbing/fighting bees?  Thanks!

Not much fighting, but robbing out frames of honey.

Thanks for the replies.  It appears my bees are just house cleaning and doing orientation flights after being removed from under my house and into their new hive.  I saw what looked like fighting but I think they are just carrying dead out of the hive and putting them on the ground.  So new and so much to learn!  :-D  Also saw bee coming out with tiny pieces of brittle comb and insulation from the house that got vacuumed up and dumped into their new home.  Bees sure are tidy little creatures. :)

when they fight you will see 2 bees locked together rolling around.
