How to keep honey from crystalizing. I know I know... but some customers don't like it
my favorite was Buds warming cabinet. it was an old refrigerator (freezer?) that had a heat source. PM him and maybe he can fill you in on the details. i held a lot of jars.
I used to use a dead chest freezer with a small ceramic heater and a Johnson Digital controller set to come on at 90 and shut off at 95

I had to disconnect the heaters built in thermistat so it would only run off the controller. This heating unit does triple duty. At this time of the year I reprogram the controller to come on at 35 and shut off at 40 and it lives in the wifes green house. Never have to worry after unexpected frost. In summer I program it to run a small chest freezer set to come on at 45 and shut off at 40 for brewing lager beer
those are really great I was for when I have it here stored . but what about when people take it home and it crystalizes on them . The people that understand it is not a problem but those that don't understand think what is this..... the store bought crap I have never seen crystalize, what up with that?
They have small peel and stick labels explaining that all natural honey does and what to do about it. Buy some and use them. Any supplier should have them.
i tell people about it when i give/sell the honey. you an always do a little handout to send with it.
