My bees are hitting this stuff but I don't know what it is. Any ideas? Nectar or pollen?

Don't know but it's pretty. I'm curious to know what it is as well.
Milkweed! (http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/prairie/plantx/btf_milkweedx.htm)
Asclepias tuberosa. It's a milkweed. Called butterfly weed here.
Good for pollen, nectar, or both?
BTW Scads, great link.
I bought one of these (yes paid good money for a weed!) last summer and had a dozen monarch caterpillars' roaming around eating it. Very interesting to watch them grow into butterflies.
