I would be in the kitchen cupboard where the crock pot and other over sized kitchen gadets are way in the back :)
I stay in the uncapping tub at my place.
Mine stays in the extractor.

But where do you keep your uncapping knife? ...must be kinda cramped in there, eh? :-D
Intheswamp, did you not read the thread title?
In the extractor here.
could not find it at all today. tore apart the whole house.... not sure how an uncapping knife walks away but it looks like mine did... so I resorted to the hot air gun.... works pretty freaking good.....so good I don't think Ill replace the uncapping knife....
What are the other uses for an uncapping knife?
If it were me, I'd ask my bf. He could find lots of uses for an uncapping knife (none of them good).
yeah everyone swears they haven't seen it..... and on second take that heat gun doest really work as good as the uncapping knife some of the was( a lot actually) just re-seals after melting....good ol salad fork to the rescue

Got me. Never got a star for "Pays attention well". ;)
The uncapping knife...
1, it's covered in wax & honey so it goes to the kitchen sink?
2, The honey comes off but not the wax so maybe it goes to the Project Table in the garage?
3, Some emergency woodenware issue arises so it goes to the To-be-done-later bin?
4, the scrap from the woodenware gets place over the knife for use later?
Check you scrap pile :idunno:
Good luck...Wait, did you lend it out?
I guarantee you it will be in the last place you look, so start there.

yeah.....that doesn't work around this house....LOL
Did it fall behind something, a table, freezer, fridge
yeah we looked everywhere, we give lots away to the goodwill or salvation army, we are thinking that maybe a "wrong" box went tot he store...... I am sure no one knows what it is. so if i goto the store i might be able to buy it back....LOL
Maybee in your truck, after using it to scrape ice of the windows last winter :-D
If you keep loosing your hive tool by another and another and another, sooner or later you will have enough, and will always find one some where, works with most tools, don't give up
mvh edward :-P
DON'T look for "me". Just start cleaning up the garage, or the back porch or the car trunk and I will show up when you least expect it. That is the way I usually find things.
Just today I found a diamond tennis bracelet I had been missing for about a year. All I did was decided to throw away all the books and magazines that had been piling up on the night stand by my bed and there the bracelet was. Things only show up at my place when I about decide I have lost them for good and quit looking. :-D
i usually find lost items long after giving up the search for that item and have moved on to look for something else. then it jumps right under my nose. try looking for your car keys or something.
