when the last bees and queen leave abscond do they die off ,find hive without queen , try to start over or try to take over other hive by killing the queen ? just curios what happens to them .
If it is early enough in the year, they will find a new home and start over. If iit is to late for them to build store they will probably die, or someone will catch the swarm.
