If I go to small cells foundation, can I left big cells foundation above queen excluder for honey?
Sure. You can even put drone foundation above the excluder and extract a lot easier. Or leave out the excluder and run an unlimited brood nest.
You can just try to keep the big cell on the outsides and on the top and the queen is much less likely to lay in it.
