This is a poll to find out peoples favorite honey product, I want to know this so next year I know what tipe I should produce the most of. This will also be helpful to others just starting out in bee keeping.

Extracted honey is probably the most convenient but, you just can't beat the exellent texture of honeycomb packed in honey.
