Is there a program or app I can use to add all of the yards so the crew I work with can find the yards easily? Some of us get lost as we don't have clear directions to many yards.
Currently I'd like a map with the yards labeled on it. It'd be nice if it could be used to help those find the yards who do not know where they are. I want to set up a navigation GPS system for our yards, so. What could be used?

You could try "hivetracks" they have a mobil app and a mapping program. It's free, but I think it will work for you.
Edit: I just realized that they don't have the map on the mobile app. They do have an option to print QR codes for your hives to later scan and enter info. They also have "to-do" lists. I have not used these options as I only have 4 hives.
