Title: One more newbie

Hi folks,

My name is Mickey Barbour and I live in Angier, N.C.- 30 miles south of Raleigh. Trying to get all the info I can right now. I have always been the type to build and grow things and I think with bees I can do both   I spoke the other day with a honey seller at the farmers market in Raleigh. His name was Berry Hines and was very helpful. I hope to get down to Tarboro to see his bee yards this spring.
I plan to start with 2 hives on our back yard. We are building a house on a 6 acre lot next year and I will try to move them over there after things calm down.
Thanks for the great site and I hope I don't bore you with all my newbie questions :?:

Welcome Mickey to the forums, and there is ALWAYS room for newbees and newbee questions here :)

Glad you found us and I'm sure you can juggle more than one ball at a time, many of our members build and design their own equipment, hives, tools, etc.. So you'll find lots of help in the forums  concerning all your design aspirations :)

Best holiday wishes and again, welcome!!!
