Title: Flys on my hives

The last couple of days I'm seeing more and more flys on the hives. Just wandering if this is normal ?
Or are they trying to get in and lay eggs in the hive?

Can't say I've ever seen many flies around my hives.  That is odd.

There's nothing dead in the hive is there?
