 I'm wondering how long can I keep a frame with honey in the freezer

Until the cows come home.

You can also take them out after 3 or 4 days and seal them in a plastic bag. It will keep at room temp if the bugs can't get to it. No need to take up freezer space after the initial 3 day freeze to kill eggs and pests.
