Beekeeping Made Easy is the name of the book I am writing on Beekeeping. It is designed to be a how-to, step-by-step guide to beekeeping. Chapter 3, "Beginning Beekeeping," takes one through the 1st year explaining what a beekeeper should find when he enters a hive, what to look for, how to correct problems, and speed up hive development by manipulating frames. Chapter 4, "General Beekeeping," expands into other topics a beekeeper should be aware of.
Chapter 1 is "How I Got Started in Beekeeping," while Chapter 2 explains the different types of bee equipment and how they are used, along with the traditional names of some equipment that has become confused or have regional names.
The book has 14 chapters plus a glossary.
I am in need of illustrations for the book. If you have pictures that you think might contribute to the book please contact me at my personal email address of
[email protected]. All photos used will have credit for their use.
This book comes about after teaching several 3 hour courses over a 5 week period, total 15 hours, on beekeeping and feedback from my students.

Always interested in photos that highlight the unusual about beekeeping.
Just to be specific, I am recommending only two web sites about beekeeping in my upcoming book, Bee Master's International Forum and Michael Bush's web site. I'm limiting my recommendations to only the best.
are you going to sell it on kindle?
Brian, PM me your email and what type pics you're looking for, will gladly share pics with you.
