I like that, very interesting, understand a little more about propolis now.
I found this very interesting too. I think the Brazilians are doing a great job of promoting "green" Brazilian propolis, but the properties they have mentioned about propolis can be traced back very far in history. The ancient Romans used propolis to treat battle wounds. They recognized the fact that propolis had a unique effect on bacteria and it supressed infection. Maybe the green propolis is something special or just maybe(which I would have to surmise) ALL propolis has these qualities. By the way--did you know that the ancient Romans were performing cataract and brain surgery with a great degree of success? And we think modern man has all the answers-------------------------------
Success couldn't have been that great...their main anticeptic was siliva!
I can only assume success would have to be measured in the number of survivors being cured of thier symptoms. This I can not honestly validate--I am just parroting what scholars have written.
also didn't live very long lives. So I would say that modern? man is doing a little better. Maybe too much better.
I am not parroting, just observing the Social Security facts.
