About to set up my first hive - trying to think of potential problems and discovered a goanna visiting the chooks again (he was hanging around about this time last year) Would he be a problem for the hive and if so what defences can be implemented?
A large hole in the ground filled with hot coals throw him in cover with sand and give him about 20 mins serv with green salad(optional)
I reckon you should be ok, I have kept monitors as pets. They are carnivorous oppitunist reptiles.
