Post by: Rod on February 08, 2006, 07:27:50 PM
Hi,
I live in rual West TN and have been thinking about getting a hive or 2 for years,I belive this year I will. I've read several books on beekeeping and hive management but have found little on how to go about the retail end, price per pound,or how to go about pricing? Any suggests?

The important thing to remember is to market your honey as Raw, Local Honey! That gives it some distinction from the pasturised commercial stuff available on any grocery store shelf. And people will always pay more for a specialty item! :D
