I like how they are not limiting this program to "adults" only. It says it is offered to persons 10 yrs and older. My son is 10 years old and loves to work the bees with me! It's funny how we'll moan about how there are fewer and fewer young beekeepers, but then won't do anything to encourage the younger crowd to participate. Well it looks like New Jersy has picked up the ball on this one!! Way to go!! I think I'll contact the MA dept. of AG to see if they don't have a similar program or would be willing to start one! :D
